🐾 Part-Time Animal Care Assistant – Pawz N Clawz Pet Accommodation 🐾
Location: Alice Springs
Love animals? Don’t mind getting your hands dirty? We’re looking for a reliable, animal-loving person to join our team at Pawz N Clawz Pet Accommodation on a permanent part-time basis, working Tuesday to Saturday.
This role involves hands-on care of dogs (big and small!), cats and other animals, along with a strong focus on cleaning and maintaining a safe, happy environment for our furry guests.
🗓 Roster Details:
- Part-time, Tuesday to Saturday
- One week of morning shifts, followed by one week of afternoon shifts
- All-day Saturday with a long lunch break
🐕 What We’re Looking For:
- Confident handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- No pet allergies – you’ll be up close with all kinds of animals
- Mature, responsible, and able to work independently without supervision
- A keen eye for animal wellbeing and top-notch cleanliness standards
- Comfortable doing physical work – cleaning is a big part of the job
- Able to work in extreme Alice Springs weather – hot summers, cold winters
🐾 Bonus Points:
- Experience working with animals (not essential, but ideal)
- Positive attitude and team spirit
